All prices quoted on our pages are in UK pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate of 15%.
Product Information
Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Elouise Lingerie takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice.
All goods offered on the Elouise Lingerie website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
From time to time our retail store may run special or local promotions which will not be reflected on our website or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in our retail store.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch and American Express. No card account will be debited unless your ordered items are available.
UK, IOM and Channel Island cheques are acceptable but no order will be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared.
All credit/debit card details given over the internet to the Elouise Lingerie website are processed and encrypted via a 128 bit SSL secure server - the strongest commercially available level of encryption.
Delivery and Packaging
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible (normally within 7 working days) subject to product availability and credit clearance. We will notify you by email if there are any problems, or in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable. For customers selecting our Next Day Delivery Service which is available for deliveries Monday to Friday only, goods will be dispatched the same day for orders received before 1.00pm and the following working day for all other orders.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return any item (except those specifically stated as non returnable), for any reason within 14 days, providing the garment has not been worn and is complete with all original packaging and labels intact. We will exchange your order, raise a Credit Note or refund your money as required.
Returns should be sent to the following address: Elouise Lingerie, 40 High Street, Buckden, Cambridgeshire, PE19 5JY United Kingdom. Please enclose your receipt, your contact details and the reason for the return.
Always remember to ask for a proof of postage certificate from your post office when returning goods, just in case the package fails to reach us. Proof of postage is not proof of goods received.
